I will have all of you know that I am adjusting to this hand shaped state. There are a few things that have been inspiring me lately. These include, but are not limited to old barns, old bridges, all of the trees, my beautiful sister Carrie, my little sunshine Owen & getting in the CHRISTMAS spirit! There is SOO much I want to do while I'm here & I just need to start living! Here's to making time for what's important and not waiting to do it until it's too late.
On a side note... Things are in full swing for this wedding in a little less than a month also. I have crafts, shopping, and planning every single day for the next 24 days or so. This should be interesting.
This whole busy thing is better than the alternative and that is going out of my mind with boredom or depression. I also have been so very blessed to talk to my love every night since he left for training.... up until today that is. For the next 2 weeks there are no electronics allowed. I mean I know that it was coming eventually. I know that it was going to be hard and I know that this is what we have been preparing for, for the past SEVERAL months. It doesn't make it easy though. None of this would have been made possible without the love and understanding of our Heavenly Father. He has given us patience, understanding and the willingness to face whatever is put in front of us. I'm taking my faith along this journey & seeing where it takes me. I have never really liked Winnie the Pooh... but man oh man I love these quotes & they remind me of Stephen James. Oh & I'm sure they will put a smile on your face!! (:
Here's to all of the adventures we have had together and many more to come!
Also here's to more time for blogging since I can't talk to my Soldier for a few days.
xoxo
